This process is usually a little slower and requires investing some money on the front side of the project before you begin constructing your new asset.
Design-Build
This second path starts with a Contractor. The Contractors then work with you to develop the scope and provide you with a quote to do the work. Contractors will then bring in the Architects and Engineers to support the project.
This path is often more fluid and collaborative, which can be a real asset depending on your larger project goals. One of the main benefits of this approach is speed.
